PHONICS: this will be sent home in your child's blue A4 book. Please complete the task in the book and return it to the class teacher by the due date stated (usually a fortnight later).

Maths: Every child has a login to NUMBOTS, this has been sent home already. Numbots is a website that supports children in the learning of basic maths number facts and developing fluency in their knowledge of these. Eventually, after your child has worked their way through NUMBOTS and is fluent in the activities on there, they will be able to progress to using the TTRockstars section of the website. Little and often is the best approach so aim for doing a couple of minutes a day with a minimum of 15 minutes per week.

READING: As always, we expect your child to read as frequently as possible at home. Aim for AT LEAST 3 x per week.
