We had a busy week celebrating VE Day and participating in a lot of activities relating to it. Pupils made lots of bunting, rosettes and poppies. They wrote poems and created a "Victory Wall". Some were even treated to a cream tea!

A number of Year 6 pupils are involved in a research project with the Commonwealth War Graves Commission and as part of this, a group of pupils attended the Raising the Flag ceremony at the war memorial on VE Day.
