Year 2 have enjoyed finding out all the Italian Music terms for describing pitch, tempo, volume and articulation (smooth and jumpy). We put this knowledge to the test when creating music describing the characters from the Gruffalo story. Here we are choosing musical vocabulary and writing notes for a melody. This week, we have used keyboards to play our melodies and bring our music to life in a class performance.
