January 2026

  • The Year 4 team played extremely well in the competition on Tuesday, working hard together and demonstrating some impressive passing and tackling throughout their games. They finished third in their group with a win, a draw, and a narrow loss to the eventual finalists, resulting in a joint fifth‑place finish overall in the competition. More important than the results was the outstanding attitude shown by all the players — a real joy to coach.
  • Year 2 have had a fantastic morning enjoying a multi-skills PE session with Mr Quick

  • Y4 Dodgeball -  a group of excited Y4s went to play in the dodgeball festival at Durrington High. The team worked well together, trying to hit the other team and catch and dodge the ball all with big smiles on their faces. Logan was given the team medal by his peers for his excellent effort and teamwork during the festival.
  • Y3/4 Girls Football - following on from the trials this new group of girls took to the pitch with enthusiasm and great team spirit. They won their first 2 games against TAB and The Vale before a narrow defeat to The Orchards - these results qualified the team into the semi-finals. The semi-final was a close match with Goring, but the opposition scored a breakaway goal for them to reach the final. Our team had more Y3s than 4s so the future looks good for the girls' football teams.
