November 2025

  • Our Y5/6 Football team took part in the Worthing Qualifying competition on Tuesday. The team battled well and showed determination right the way until the end of the competition.
  • Well done to the 8 children who took part in the KS1 Boccia competition today! All players enjoyed playing the game and were really supportive of each other. One of our teams came 2nd out of 24 teams!

  • A fantastic afternoon of basketball for our 2 Y4 teams in the Worthing Schools Competition. The event was a round robin style competition with each team facing each other - our Greens and Blues were opposing each other in the very first match - it was a close game with our Greens coming out on top 6-0.

The Blue team played their other 5 games winning a couple and played well as a team - some great shooting from Angelo helped to secure one of their wins - they went on to finish 4th overall.

The Green team did remarkably well winning each of their 6 games scoring a massive 88 points (44 baskets) and only conceding 4 points in the entire event. Each member of the Greens scored points, made fantastic dribbles and important blocks to win the whole competition which leads them on to the Southern Area finals after Christmas!

  • Some of our Y6 sports leaders were helping Mr Quick to teach KS1 Benchball. They did a fantastic job explaining rules and running different activities.

  • Year 5/6 Girls Foorball - Our Girls team played very well at the competition, battling hard and working as a team.  They managed a couple of wins and draws in their matches.

  • A team from KS1 took part in the Benchball Festival on Thursday - the players had to use their throwing and catching skills to try and score as many points as possible against other teams. Tristan, Emily and Tabby from Y6 were also on hand to help run and officiate the festival as part of their Legacy Leader duties - they also help coach the team too.

  •

A lovely afternoon of football for our Y3s who took part in a festival with 5 other teams. This was a fantastic opportunity to play some games against others without the worry of scorelines just to experience playing for the school against other schools. Congratulations to Phoenix and Bobby for being awarded the Coach's Players of the festival for their teams.
